The course will start at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 9, and
end at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12. The three
and a half day course is in lecture, demonstration and practical
exercise format.
The PDAI will pay for single occupancy
accommodations (room and tax only) on Monday through
Wednesday nights. The PDAI will also provide breakfast
Monday through Wednesday, however, lunch and dinner will be at
your own expense.
Please complete the attached
registration form and mail or fax it to the PDAI. All
registrations must reach the PDAI staff no later than
Friday, May 2, 2008.
Registration is on a first-come,
first-served basis and is limited to the first 50
registrants. PDAI will maintain a waiting list and notify prospective
students if an opening becomes available.
