Former York County District Attorney H. Stanley Rebert Remembered for His Public Service

HARRISBURG – PDAA today issued the following statement following the death of former York County District Attorney Stan Rebert.

“PDAA offers its condolences to the family of former York County District Attorney Stan Rebert, who died Sunday morning following a lengthy illness. Rebert, 81, was York County’s first full-time district attorney and served from 1986 to 2010.

“For decades, Stan Rebert fought to achieve justice for victims of crime,” said York County District Attorney David Sunday, PDAA’s Secretary/Treasurer, in the York Daily Record. “His record of service and positive impact on the York Community will be felt for generations. I pray for his family during this tremendously difficult time.”
