TITLE: Assistant District Attorney
LOCATION: Towanda, PA, Bradford County District Attorney’s Office
SALARY: Salary based on experience; includes benefit package.
REQUIREMENTS:
Performs professional legal work in prosecuting criminal cases as an Assistant District Attorney; conducts legal research and represents the District Attorney in legal proceedings as assigned. Reviews and prepares cases for possible criminal prosecution; interviews witnesses and prepares motions; attends various courts for hearings. Good knowledge of the principles of civil and criminal law, judicial procedures and rules of evidence. Experience with trial work and graduation from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
