Chester County Assistant District Attorney I

An Attorney I is responsible for preparing and presenting criminal cases at preliminary hearings, juvenile hearings, and trials.  An Attorney I also is required to serve “on-call” duty, which requires the attorney to respond to calls from the police and public.

Applicants must have graduated from law school.

The Attorney I for the District Attorney’s office is responsible for prosecuting criminal matters in the County of Chester.
