Dauphin County Deputy District Attorney – Appeals

The Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office is seeking an attorney to handle appeals.  The attorney in this position is responsible for tracking all appeals related to cases handled by the office, drafting and filing appropriate briefs, and participating in oral arguments before the appellate courts.  This attorney also handles PCRA petitions for the office.  Prior experience in criminal law is preferred.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  If interested, contact First Assistant District Attorney Mike Sprow at msprow@dauphincounty.gov.
