Lancaster County Assistant District Attorney Unit Supervisor – Rapid Resolution Court
The Supervisor of the Rapid Resolution Court is responsible for the management and operation of the Rapid Resolution Court on behalf of the District Attorney’s Office. In that capacity, they will represent the Commonwealth in all criminal cases that appear before the Rapid Resolution Court. They will be responsible for ensuring the completeness of discovery, preparing plea paperwork, and ensuring the timely transmission of discovery and plea paperwork to defense counsel. Additionally, the Rapid Resolution Court Supervisor oversees all operations of the Sentencing Guideline Coordinators.
