Lehigh County District Attorney II

This is an intermediate professional legal position performing legal services as a criminal prosecutor in the office of the District Attorney. Work involves prosecuting cases and handling other criminal matters including probation and parole violation hearings and summary appeals. This position includes assisting law enforcement agencies with criminal investigations and charging decisions. It also includes the prosecution of cases at all levels of the criminal system from Magisterial District Judge to Appellate level disposition. Trials before a jury or a judge are expected.  The starting salary is about $83,000 with a high of $93,000 for someone with about 5+ years of experience.
