State Police, PA District Attorneys Association and PA Children and Youth Solicitors Association, Hold ChildFirst Training Program in Hershey

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania State Police, Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association and Pennsylvania Children and Youth Solicitors Association will hold a press briefing at 11 a.m., on Thursday, March 14, 2013, to discuss the ChildFirst training program.

The ChildFirst training program is being held March 11-15 at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in Hershey.

Speakers include Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Frank Noonan; Adams County District Attorney Shawn Wagner, president of the District Attorneys Association; Jason Kutulakis, senior partner in the law firm of Abom & Kutulakis, past-president of the Solicitors Association and current member of the Governor’s Task Force on Child Abuse; and Dauphin County District Attorney Edward M. Marsico Jr.

ChildFirst Pennsylvania is designed to strengthen the investigation and prosecution of child abuse. The associations are bringing this nationally recognized program to Pennsylvania to train members of the multi-disciplinary team in the forensic interviewing of children.
