District Attorneys of Delaware and Warren Counties Elected to PDAI Board of Directors
Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute (PDAI) announced today that the District Attorneys of Delaware and Warren Counties were elected to fill vacancies on its board of directors.
“The Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute works to provide prosecutors with the knowledge and skills they need to best serve the citizens of the commonwealth,” said Butler County District Attorney and PDAI President Richard A. Goldinger. “Our new board members will provide valuable input as we develop education and training programs to ensure integrity in the work of prosecutors and truth in the justice we seek.”
The new members of the board are District Attorneys Jack Stollsteimer of Delaware County and Robert C. Greene of Warren County.
Delaware County DA Jack Stollsteimer
DA Stollsteimer was sworn into office in 2020. He has focused his first term not only on investigating and prosecuting crime, but also supporting initiatives to reduce crime, supporting sensible alternatives to incarceration when appropriate, collaborating with other agencies to bring about comprehensive changes that improve the quality of life for all who are touched by the criminal justice system, and expanding Pennsylvania’s ethnic intimidation law.
Warren County DA Rob Greene
DA Greene took office in 2014. He is a founding member of the Warren County Children’s Advocacy Center, founder of the Warren County Drug Task Force Board and founding member of the Warren County K-9 Fund Board. Prior to becoming district attorney, he was a defense attorney for 12 years and served in the U.S. Army.
The PDAI is the educational and training arm of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association, providing professional development and training for prosecutors, law enforcement and victim advocates.
In addition to training, the PDAI manages statewide programs to place PA MedReturn prescription drug drop-off boxes in communities and works with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to provide PA SAVIN, a statewide-automated victim notification service. The Institute was also instrumental in completing a three-year campaign in conjunction with several Pennsylvania-based insurance providers to provide naloxone to local police departments.
About the Pennsylvania District Attorney Institute: PDAI, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is the education and training affiliate of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association based in Harrisburg, PA. Since its inception, the Institute has trained over 2,000 assistant district attorneys in its basic prosecutors’ course and held a district attorney seminar for newly elected and appointed DAs every other year. The Institute also conducts training courses for law enforcement officers and victim service professionals.
