Mercer County Assistant District Attorney

This is a full time position starting at $62,818 to $86, 051 annually depending on experience, with full benefits. Residency within the county is not required. Maximum rate after 8 years. Qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Responsibilities Include:

• The prosecution of a criminal caseload from beginning to end, including trials and other court proceedings.
• The prosecution of juvenile court cases.
• Serving as an advisor to police departments at various crime scenes.
