Potter County Assistant District Attorney

The Potter County District Attorney’s Office is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant District Attorney position. This role reports directly to the elected District Attorney of Potter County and is responsible for assisting in the prosecution of criminal cases on behalf of the Commonwealth.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Salary range $50,222-$60, 343.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, or ability to obtain admission prior to appointment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
